I’m not sure why this hotel has low reviews. We have stayed here multiple times and have loved it each time. The first time we stayed, the ac in the room was acting weird, and they had us switched in no time. Beds are comfortable and rooms are what you pay for. A good cheap hotel that also offers a small breakfast and has an indoor pool. Hotel staff always helpful.
Me and my husband are here due to our bigrig is in the shop so we ate staying here till its fixed. The rooms are clean. Its a pretty quiet place. Went to the pool. It was OK. It was warm in there which made the water warm. And u could see the paint in the pool coming off. But other than that its a nice place.
We, along with our family dog, had a very peaceful night's rest. Hotel & room were clean & the hot breakfast was a bonus along with the price. Definitely would stay here again.
Easy to find, easy check in. Staff was great. Rooms were clean however ours had a big crack in the bottom of the tub. This was reported so i hope it was fixed so nobody gets hurt. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked inviting. Definitely would stay again.
The air was a little stale and stagnant in my room. The microwave had a burn hole in the inner sidewall and the shower curtain rod was mounted improperly which kept the curtain from fully closing. But other than that the room was clean. Destiny and the staff were kind and were on top of things even when my fiance and I got stuck in the elevator one night during our stay. I would definitely stay here again if i'm ever in the Nashville area.

We called and booked the last room during the ice storm and the next day they were able to get us a bigger room to accommodate my family. The entire staff were so friendly and helpful! Rooms were clean and we are so thankful to have a warm place to stay.
Sam at the front desk (manager) was really helpful. I had to stay here out of necessity with my two cats during the January 2026 ice storms in Nashville. I had to find a pet friendly hotel. I didn't have too high of criteria but I wanted to make sure there were no bugs. Rooms were relatively clean and not a bug in sight. If I needed something: more garbage bags, toilet paper, Sam had what I needed. She was working overtime because a lot of the other employees were not on the roads due to the ice. I really admire her work ethic and dedication to the job. I think many others staying at the hotel were there for the same reason as me (no power at home). The breakfast included was enough to get by. Look it isn't luxury, but the important part is my cats and I stayed safe and warm during a hard time. Thank you Sam for coming to work and helping others figure out their lives during an emergency.
